Day 18 – The Aquaduct

It was a cold night, especially for the desert. It made getting up rough, but walking essential to stay warm. I kept hiking with the small group with a pace good enough to log 13 Miles by 930. A quick break to replenish water and then we were off, across the aquaduct. The high was 75, so despite it being the hottest part of the day, it was never an issue. It was welcomed most of the day in fact. After 30 Miles we stopped after completing most of it and finally arriving at water.
